Jiangsu Xinya's Annual Gala Concludes Successfully—United in Purpose, Writing a New Chapter for 2023

As the Year of the Tiger passes, the cold winds depart;

As the Year of the Rabbit approaches, good fortune arrives.

We journeyed together through 2022.

In the new year,

With hope for the future,

We gather here.

Looking back and looking ahead,

Let’s revisit the highlights of Jiangsu Xinya’s annual gala!

1

United in purpose, planning a new chapter

The past year brought a raging pandemic and a sluggish economy, but neither could stop our progress. At the start of the annual gala, General Manager Chen Zhongwei delivered a speech. Mr. Chen first led everyone in reviewing the company’s work over the past year. He noted that sustaining steady growth amid a severe economic climate had not been easy, and fully recognized and encouraged everyone’s efforts and achievements in overcoming challenges and pursuing excellence. He then set out the company’s strategy and clear goals for 2023, emphasizing five key factors—products, pricing, service, cost and efficiency—and calling on everyone to stay focused on goals, shoulder responsibility and work together to keep improving. Finally, Mr. Chen encouraged Xinya employees to have confidence in their ability to overcome risks and challenges, work together to usher in a period of rapid growth and achieve new successes.

Diligent work brings a harvest, and sweat nurtures success. At the annual gala, company leaders presented awards to outstanding employees, outstanding teams and rising stars who had excelled in 2022. The awards conveyed the powerful influence of role models and recognized everyone’s shared commitment and sense of responsibility.
