On Duty During the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day | Working Through the Holiday, Devoted to Our Customers

In 2023, the Mid-Autumn Festival ran straight into National Day, giving people across China an extended eight-day holiday. Everywhere was filled with the festive warmth of family reunions and celebrations marking the 74th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.

At Jiangsu Xinya, a group of employees put customers’ urgent concerns first, anticipated what they needed and helped where they could. They gave up holiday time with their families, accommodated customers’ schedules, went to the front lines at customer sites and did their utmost to serve customers and keep equipment operating normally. Through hard work, they stayed true to their mission; through responsibility, they showed their commitment; and through concrete action, they paid tribute to National Day.

During the holiday, Mr. Pan led colleagues including Engineer Xu, Engineer Jiang and Engineer Li to the customer’s site. They installed and commissioned the shielded room and internal test equipment, patiently and carefully answered the customer’s questions, provided on-site training and guidance on equipment use, and offered follow-up recommendations based on the site and operating conditions.

After receiving a call from the customer on the morning of the 4th, Engineer Fan from the Technical Department began preparing for the trip the next day. He arrived at the customer’s site the following evening and immediately got to work.

During installation and commissioning, Jiangsu Xinya demonstrated its service principles of “integrity, punctuality, pragmatism and adherence to standards,” earning a strong reputation for the company. We consistently put customers at the center, treat them sincerely and consider issues from their perspective. By responding quickly, communicating skillfully and making the effort to be present, we observe carefully and fully understand customers’ underlying needs. We strive to meet their individual service requirements as fully as possible and, through sustained effort, ultimately ensure the project runs smoothly.

Through this work, the customer expressed strong recognition of the company’s expertise, professional capabilities and after-sales service. It also laid a solid foundation for future business.
